Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Return Period

You can return a product within 30 days from the date of receipt. After 30 days, we cannot accept return requests.

2. Return Conditions

• The product must be new, unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
• The returned product must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
• Products on promotion, special discounts, or used products are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

Please contact our customer support department for detailed instructions on the return process. We will provide you with a return authorization number to send the product back.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status. If the request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
